For Pro subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through Iyzico
• Subscriptions are billed monthly at $5/month
• You can cancel at any time - no refunds for partial months
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time by contacting us at infoexceldatacleaner@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or payment requirements
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Use automated tools to abuse the service
• Share your Pro account with others
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the service

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ExcelDataCleaner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

Important: Always verify cleaned files before using them in production. We are not responsible for any data loss or business impact from using our service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExcelDataCleaner and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
